Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strong Vietnamese coffee or any dark roast coffee
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Brew a cup of strong Vietnamese coffee using a traditional phin filter, French press, or drip coffee maker.
  • In a blender, combine the coconut milk, ice cubes, and sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour the brewed coffee into a shaker. Shake vigorously until the coffee becomes frothy and has a light brown foam.
  • Pour the shaken, frothy coffee into the glass. Top with the coconut milk mixture.

Notes

If you want to make a hot cup of Coconut Coffee, you can heat the glass of the shaken, frothy coffee in step 4. Then top with the coconut milk mixture (without the ice cubes). To do it, you can use a microwave, oven, or the hot water bath method.
