Carrot Orange Juice Recipe
Carrot orange juice is a nutritious beverage. It combines the sweetness of the orange with the earthiness of the carrot. I once combined these two flavors in my carrot cake with orange glaze.

This nutritious drink blends the benefits of carrots and oranges, packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It’s a great way to boost overall health and wellness.
The drink is rich in vitamins A, C, E, and K. It supports immunity, skin, and eye health. Minerals like potassium and calcium promote heart and bone strength. Antioxidants like beta-carotene fight inflammation and cell damage.
It strengthens immunity, protects vision, and supports heart health by lowering cholesterol. The juice also aids skin repair and may reduce cognitive decline risks.

Nutrition
Ingredients
- 4-5 medium-sized carrots peeled and chopped
- 2-3 large oranges peeled and segmented
- 1 small lemon juiced (optional, for added tang)
- 1 teaspoon ginger peeled and grated (optional, for a hint of spice)
- Ice cubes
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Use a citrus juicer or your hands to extract the juice from the oranges. Remove any seeds and pulp, leaving only the fresh orange juice.
- In a blender, combine the chopped carrots, lemon and orange juice, and the grated ginger.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Place a fine mesh strainer over a bowl or pitcher to strain the juice. Pour the blended carrot-orange mixture through the strainer to separate the pulp from the juice. Use the back of a spoon to press down on the pulp to extract as much juice as possible.
- If you prefer a thinner juice, you can add a bit of water to the strained juice and mix well. The amount of water you add will depend on your desired consistency.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the freshly strained carrot-orange juice over the ice. Give the juice a quick stir before serving. You can garnish with a small slice of orange or a twist of orange peel if desired.
