Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp of honey or sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • Pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, coconut cream, honey (or sugar), and ice cubes.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or sugar.
  • Pour the Virgin Piña Colada into serving glasses.
  • Garnish with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical goodness!

Notes

  • If you don't have coconut cream, you can skip it. But you need to increase the amount of coconut milk to 1.5 cups.
  • To make Virgin Piña Colada on the rocks, eliminate the ice cubes on the step 1 and add them in the step 4.
