Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz raspberry liqueur such as Chambord
  • 3 oz champagne or sparkling wine
  • Red sugar for rimming the glass optional
  • Fresh raspberries or a cherry for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rim the edge of a martini glass with red sugar (optional).
  • Pour the vodka and raspberry liqueur into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well until chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared glass. Top with champagne or sparkling wine.
  • Add a few fresh raspberries or a cherry as a garnish.
