- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in garlic, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Fold in the chopped artichokes and drained spinach, mixing well.
Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
