Ingredients

  • 60 ml caramel vodka e.g. Stoli Salted Caramel Vodka.
  • 30 ml caramel liqueur e.g. , Baileys.
  • 30 ml half-and-half or heavy cream
  • 15 ml caramel syrup
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Ice cubes
  • Caramel sauce and sea salt flakes for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Chill your martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes or fill it with ice water to chill while you prepare the cocktail.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add the caramel vodka, caramel liqueur, half-and-half or heavy cream, and caramel syrup.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt to the shaker. Be cautious not to overdo it; you can always add more salt later if desired.
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes, leaving some room at the top.
  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and frothy.
  • Empty the ice water from the Martini glass, or remove the chilled glass from the freezer.
  • Optionally, drizzle some caramel sauce inside the Martini glass, allowing it to drip down the sides.
  • Strain the Salted Caramel Martini mixture into the prepared Martini glass.
  • If desired, sprinkle a few sea salt flakes on top of the drink for an extra touch of saltiness.
  • Serve immediately, and savor the rich, sweet, and slightly salty indulgence of this Salted Caramel Martini.
