Instructions
In a bowl, mix corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing, and caraway seeds.
Lay an egg roll wrapper diagonally, place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a beaten egg.
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry egg rolls for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
