Ingredients
  

  • 60 g gluten-free rolled oats
  • 50 g mixed dried fruit seeds and nuts (whatever combination you like)
  • 60 g plain flour gluten-free blend
  • 40 g ground almonds
  • 40 g brown sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 8-10 fresh raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180oC and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  • Heat the butter and honey together over a low heat until the butter has melted.
  • Put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until it comes together into a soft dough.
  • Put small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving enough space for them to spread a little during baking.
  • Bake for about 15 mins, until they are beginning to go golden on top.
  • Leave to cool on a wire rack (still on the paper), then once cool, remove carefully from the paper and store in an airtight container.
