- 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup red grapes halved
- 1/2 cup mandarin oranges peeled and segmented
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup kiwi peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup green grapes halved
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice to prevent browning
- 1 tbsp sugarcane syrup optional, for extra sweetness
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional
Wash, peel, and slice all the fruits as needed.
In a large bowl, gently toss together all the prepared fruits.
Drizzle lemon or lime juice over the fruit to keep it fresh. If you prefer a touch of sweetness, add honey or sugarcane syrup and toss lightly.
Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
