Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup red grapes halved
  • 1/2 cup mandarin oranges peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup kiwi peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup green grapes halved
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice to prevent browning
  • 1 tbsp sugarcane syrup optional, for extra sweetness
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash, peel, and slice all the fruits as needed.
  • In a large bowl, gently toss together all the prepared fruits.
  • Drizzle lemon or lime juice over the fruit to keep it fresh. If you prefer a touch of sweetness, add honey or sugarcane syrup and toss lightly.
  • Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
