Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups radishes thinly sliced
  • ½ small red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard optional, for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced radishes, red onion, and parsley.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey (if using), salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard.
