Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup salted roasted peanuts
  • Whipped cream optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine chocolate chips, heavy cream, butter, and sugar.
  • Heat over low heat, stirring continuously, until smooth and glossy.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Allow it to cool slightly.
  • In a tall glass or parfait dish, add 2 tablespoons of hot fudge at the bottom.
  • Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
  • Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of salted peanuts.
  • Add another layer of hot fudge, ice cream, and peanuts. Continue until the glass is filled, ending with peanuts on top.
  • Top with whipped cream and drizzle with extra hot fudge.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
