Instructions
In a small bowl or a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic (if using).
Whisk or shake well until the ingredients are fully blended.
Gradually add the olive oil while continuously whisking or shaking the jar, until the dressing is emulsified.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
