Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or flavored
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts optional, for topping
  • Mint leaves optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a glass or bowl, add a layer of Greek yogurt (about 1/4 cup).
  • Top with a layer of granola (2 tbsp) and a mix of fresh berries (2 tbsp).
  • Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the layer.
  • Repeat the layers until the glass is full, ending with berries on top.
  • Sprinkle with chopped nuts for added crunch and garnish with mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy parfait!
