Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt preferably full-fat for creaminess
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp honey optional, for sweetness
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  • Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add honey if you prefer a touch of sweetness.
  • If using fresh herbs, mix them in or sprinkle on top for garnish.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
