- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt preferably full-fat for creaminess
- 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 small garlic clove minced
- 1 tsp honey optional, for sweetness
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley optional, for garnish
