Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
  • 1 oz gingerbread syrup
  • 1 oz cream or half-and-half
  • Crushed graham crackers for rimming the glass
  • Whipped cream optional, for garnish
  • Ground cinnamon or cinnamon stick optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rim a martini glass with crushed graham crackers. You can do this by dipping the rim of the glass into a shallow dish with a bit of the gingerbread syrup and then into another shallow dish with crushed graham crackers. Set the prepared glass aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, gingerbread syrup, and cream.
  • Shake the mixture for about 15-20 seconds until it's well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into your prepared martini glass.
  • If desired, garnish your gingerbread martini with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or a cinnamon stick.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your delightful gingerbread martini!
