Instructions
Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12x10-inch rectangle.
Spread the Thousand Island dressing evenly over the dough. Sprinkle chopped corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut (if using). Add a pinch of caraway seeds.
Tightly roll the dough from the longer side into a log.
