Ingredients

  • 1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing or mustard for a tangier twist
  • 1 cup cooked corned beef chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut well-drained (optional for a Reuben-style twist)
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seeds optional, for extra flavor
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12x10-inch rectangle.
  • Spread the Thousand Island dressing evenly over the dough. Sprinkle chopped corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut (if using). Add a pinch of caraway seeds.
  • Tightly roll the dough from the longer side into a log.
  • Slice into 12 even pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush with beaten egg for a golden crust. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm with extra dressing for dipping.
