Wear gloves while handling the prickly pears to avoid skin irritation. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice off both ends of each prickly pear. Make a lengthwise incision along one side of the fruit and peel off the skin, revealing the vibrant flesh inside.
Chop the peeled prickly pears into chunks and place them in a blender. Add water and lime juice to the blender.
