- 1.5 cups strawberry ice cream softened
- 1.5 cups blueberry or mixed berry ice cream softened
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers

- Red, white, and blue sprinkles or fresh berries for garnish
Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, letting the ends overhang for easy removal later.
Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan to form a crust. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Spread the strawberry ice cream evenly over the crust. Smooth the top with a spatula and freeze for 20–30 minutes.
Next, spread the blueberry ice cream layer. Freeze again for 20–30 minutes.
Finish with the vanilla ice cream layer. Smooth and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Garnish the loaf with red, white, and blue sprinkles or fresh berries. Lift the loaf out using the plastic wrap. Slice and serve.
