Layered Ice Cream Loaf in Just a Few Steps

Layered Ice Cream Loaf is an easy yet impressive dessert to make at home. You only need a few ingredients and a loaf pan. It’s perfect for parties or a special holiday like the 4th of July.

Layered Ice Cream Loaf Recipe

A layered ice cream loaf is made by stacking alternating layers of ice cream and other components such as cake, cookies, or crunchy toppings. These layers are assembled in a pan and then frozen until firm.

Easy layered ice cream loaf for summer

I’ll use vanilla, strawberry, and blueberry ice cream to celebrate Independence Day. Crushed graham crackers will be at the bottom of the cake.

You can serve this ice cream loaf with toppings like whipped cream, chocolate ganache, or sprinkles. Fresh berries, crushed cookies, or caramel sauce are also great pairs.

For beverages, try pairing the cake with coffee, milkshakes, or sparkling water to balance its sweetness. The mix of creamy layers and crunchy toppings makes it a crowd-pleaser.

Here’s how to make the layered ice cream loaf – a popular choice for celebrations, especially in warm weather.
