shot of espresso or 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee

of honey or sweetener of your choice

Instructions
Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.
In a blender, combine the banana pieces, milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Prepare your espresso shot or brew a strong cup of coffee.
Pour the blended banana mixture into a glass. Add the espresso or coffee and stir well.
You can serve the Banana Latte hot or over ice, depending on your preference.
Notes
If you don't like banana, you can use an avocado.
