Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 chocolate chips for eyes
  • 4 lollipop sticks or popsicle sticks

Instructions

  • Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Insert a lollipop stick into the cut end of each banana half.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
  • Dip each banana into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are completely coated. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
  • Place the dipped bananas on a parchment-lined baking sheet. While the chocolate is still wet, press two chocolate chips into each banana to create ghost eyes.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  • Once the chocolate has hardened, your Banana Ghost Pops are ready to enjoy!

Notes

Chill the banana for an extra 10 minutes before dipping
