- 16 oz refried beans
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 2 ripe avocados mashed
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise optional, for extra creaminess
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup chunky salsa mild or spicy, your choice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
Mix refried beans with taco seasoning and spread evenly in a serving dish.
Mash avocados with lime juice and salt, then spread over the beans.
Combine sour cream, mayo (if using), and taco seasoning. Spread over the guacamole.
Layer the salsa evenly on top.
Sprinkle the cheese over the salsa.
Top with tomatoes and green onions.
