Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon diced and frozen
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice about 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, if you prefer the sweetness
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Cut the watermelon into cubes, remove seeds, and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
