- 4 cups watermelon diced and frozen
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice about 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon honey optional, if you prefer the sweetness
- 1 cup cold water
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Cut the watermelon into cubes, remove seeds, and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
In a blender, combine frozen watermelon, ice, lime juice, honey (if using), and cold water. Blend until smooth.
Pour the slushy into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
