- 2 cups chilled watermelon seedless, cubed
- 1 cup cold milk any kind – dairy or plant-based
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar or honey optional, adjust to taste
- ¼ cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt optional, for creaminess
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- 3-4 Ice cubes optional
Remove seeds and cube the watermelon. Chill it in the fridge or freezer for 30 mins if possible.
In a blender, add watermelon, milk, sweetener, vanilla, and ice cream (if using).
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into glasses. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with mint or a watermelon wedge.
