Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coarsely ground coffee
  • 2 cups cold filtered water
  • 1 cup watermelon chunks seedless, chilled or fresh
  • 1 tsp honey or simple syrup optional
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint or lime slice for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • In a jar or French press, combine coffee grounds with 2 cups cold water. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate for 8–12 hours. Strain through a coffee filter or fine mesh.
  • In a blender, puree the watermelon chunks until smooth. Strain if you prefer a smoother texture.
  • In a glass filled with ice, pour in half watermelon juice and half cold brew coffee. Stir gently.
  • Sweeten with honey or syrup if desired.
  • Add mint or a slice of lime. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use cold brew concentrate if you prefer a stronger flavor.
  • Try flavored honey (like lavender or cinnamon) for a unique twist.
