Ingredients
  

  • 300 g fresh watermelon seedless
  • 1 black tea bag
  • 200 ml boiling water
  • 1 tbsp sugar adjust to taste
  • 100 ml unsweetened fresh milk
  • 30 g brown sugar boba pearls pre-cooked
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Steep 1 tea bag in 200 ml boiling water for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bag, stir in 1 tbsp sugar, and let it cool slightly.
  • Cut into chunks and blend or juice until smooth.
  • Strain through a fine sieve if you prefer a smoother texture. Set aside.
  • Add ice cubes and 100 ml milk into the brewed tea and stir to combine.
  • Pour in the fresh watermelon juice and stir until fully blended.
  • Add brown sugar boba pearls into a serving glass.
  • Serve chilled or over ice for the best experience.

Notes

  • You can use green tea or oolong tea instead of black tea for a lighter flavor.
  • Chill the watermelon juice and tea ahead for quicker prep.
  • Add more sugar if your watermelon is not very sweet.
  • For vegan version, use plant-based milk like oat or almond.
