- 300 g fresh watermelon seedless
- 1 black tea bag
- 200 ml boiling water
- 1 tbsp sugar adjust to taste
- 100 ml unsweetened fresh milk
- 30 g brown sugar boba pearls pre-cooked
- Ice cubes
Steep 1 tea bag in 200 ml boiling water for about 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bag, stir in 1 tbsp sugar, and let it cool slightly.
Cut into chunks and blend or juice until smooth.
Strain through a fine sieve if you prefer a smoother texture. Set aside.
Add ice cubes and 100 ml milk into the brewed tea and stir to combine.
Pour in the fresh watermelon juice and stir until fully blended.
Add brown sugar boba pearls into a serving glass.
Serve chilled or over ice for the best experience.
