1 tablespoon wasabi paste adjust to taste 2 tablespoons fresh ginger finely grated 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter option 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness Salt and pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the wasabi paste, grated ginger, mayonnaise, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth and well combined.
