  • 1 tablespoon wasabi paste adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger finely grated
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the wasabi paste, grated ginger, mayonnaise, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth and well combined.
  • Taste the dressing and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a touch of sweetness. Adjust the amount of wasabi based on your heat preference.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix again to combine.
  • Drizzle over your favorite salad or use as a marinade for grilled chicken or seafood.
  • If you have leftovers, store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before using.
