- 2 large rice paper sheets gluten-free, choose the thick type
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chili sauce adjust to taste
- ½ cup sausage or ground pork or grilled chicken
- ¼ cup dried shrimp soaked and minced (optional)
- ¼ cup green onions chopped
- ¼ cup shredded cheese mozzarella or cheddar
- Fried shallots optional, for topping
In a small bowl, beat the eggs and mix with chopped green onions.
Place a non-stick pan on low heat (no oil needed).
Place one rice paper sheet on the pan. Let it crisp up for a few seconds.
Spread a thin layer evenly on the rice paper.
Sprinkle diced sausage, dried shrimp, and shredded cheese evenly.
Drizzle with mayonnaise and chili sauce.
Use a spatula to press the toppings gently. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden.
Remove from heat, cut into wedges, and enjoy!
