Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes chopped
  • 1 large pink grapefruit remove seeds and membranes
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup optional, to taste
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Ice cubes optional
  • Fresh mint optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Wash and chop the tomatoes. Peel and segment the grapefruit, removing any seeds and white membranes for less bitterness.
  • Add tomatoes, grapefruit segments, sweetener (if using), and a pinch of salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • For a smoother juice, strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth. Skip this step if you prefer pulpy juice.
  • Pour into glasses over ice. Garnish with fresh mint if desired. Served immediately
