- 2 medium ripe tomatoes chopped
- 1 large pink grapefruit remove seeds and membranes
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup optional, to taste
- Pinch of sea salt
- Ice cubes optional
- Fresh mint optional, for garnish
Wash and chop the tomatoes. Peel and segment the grapefruit, removing any seeds and white membranes for less bitterness.
Add tomatoes, grapefruit segments, sweetener (if using), and a pinch of salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
For a smoother juice, strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth. Skip this step if you prefer pulpy juice.
Pour into glasses over ice. Garnish with fresh mint if desired. Served immediately
