Ingredients
  

  • 750 ml dry white wine e.g., Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 cup of fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup of brandy
  • 1/4 cup of sugar or to taste
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 1 lime thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of sparkling water optional, for fizz
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, orange juice, brandy, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add the sliced strawberries, orange, lemon, and lime to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
  • Let the mixture sit for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator (overnight for best flavor).
  • Before serving, add sparkling water for a fizzy touch if desired. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the sangria over, and include some fruit slices in each glass for garnish.
