Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • Ice cubes optional, for iced version

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries and honey (or sugar). Blend until smooth, adding a little water if needed to help blend.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm, but not boiling.
  • Pour the strawberry mixture into two glasses.
  • Stir in your espresso or strong coffee. Then pour the warm milk over the top.
  • Froth the milk before pouring to create a creamy texture. (optional)
  • Add vanilla extract for extra flavor, and stir gently.
  • Serve immediately, or pour over ice for a refreshing iced strawberry latte.
