- 2 oz gin preferably Bombay Sapphire for extra flair
- ½ oz Blue Curaçao for that gorgeous blue color
- ½ oz dry vermouth
- Ice
- Lemon twist or orange peel for garnish
Chill your martini glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes before starting.
In a mixing glass, fill it with ice cubes.
Add gin, blue curaçao, and dry vermouth
Shake well until chilled (about 15 seconds).
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish your Sapphire Martini with a twist of lemon or orange peel.
- Add a splash of simple syrup or a few drops of orange bitters for a slightly sweeter twist.
