1 cup (240 ml) red wine Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, or your favorite 2 cups (300 g) vanilla ice cream ½ cup (120 ml) whole milk or any milk of choice 1 tbsp sugar optional, for added sweetness Whipped cream optional, for topping Chocolate shavings or sprinkles optional, for garnish
In a blender, combine the red wine, vanilla ice cream, and milk.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and add sugar if desired, then blend again.
