  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk for a dairy-free option
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the pistachio paste, honey, milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  • Add a few ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the mixture is well-chilled.
  • Pour the mixture into shot glasses and serve immediately. You can garnish with a light dusting of ground pistachios.
