2 tbsp pistachio paste 1 tbsp honey 1/2 cup milk or almond milk for a dairy-free option 1/4 tsp vanilla extract Ice cubes
In a blender, combine the pistachio paste, honey, milk, and vanilla extract.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
Add a few ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the mixture is well-chilled.
