Instructions
Add peanuts to a food processor. Blend for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides.
Blend again for 2–3 more minutes until smooth, adding oil 1 tablespoon at a time if needed to reach your preferred consistency.
Add salt and sweetener (if using). Blend again briefly to combine.
Add more salt, oil, or sweetener if desired.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
