  • 1-2 tsp honey or agave syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes optional
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the peach slices, honey or agave syrup, lemon juice, and cold water
  • Blend until smooth, ensuring a silky texture.
  • If you prefer a smoother juice, strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp. This step is optional.
  • Adjust sweetness and acidity to your liking by adding more honey or lemon juice if necessary. Stir well to combine.
  • Pour the chilled Peach Juice into glasses over ice cubes. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of freshness and aroma.
