- 1 cup ripe papaya peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- ½ cup cold water or coconut water adjust for desired consistency
- 1 tsp fresh lime or lemon juice
- Ice cubes optional
Add chopped papaya and pineapple to a blender.
Pour in cold water or coconut water. Add honey (if using) and lime/lemon juice.
Blend until smooth.
Strain through a fine sieve if you prefer a smoother juice. (optional)
