Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack of Oreos crushed
  • 12 oz (340g) white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mint chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract optional
  • A pinch of salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully smooth.
  • Gently fold the crushed Oreos into the melted white chocolate, leaving some to sprinkle on top for extra crunch.
  • In a separate bowl, melt the mint chocolate chips in the same way as the white chocolate. Drizzle this melted mint chocolate over the Oreo-white chocolate mixture.
  • Use a toothpick or a spatula to swirl the mint chocolate into the mixture. Optionally, add a few drops of peppermint extract for extra mint flavor. Sprinkle the reserved Oreo crumbs on top.
  • Place the bark in the fridge for 1-2 hours to harden completely.
  • Once fully set, break into irregular pieces and serve.
