Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp anchovy paste or 2-3 anchovy fillets, mashed
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt optional, depending on taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and white wine vinegar.
  • Add the anchovy paste (or mashed fillets) and minced garlic.
  • Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt.
  • Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed—add more vinegar for tang or more mustard for kick.
  • Serve immediately over a salad or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
