1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 1 tbsp anchovy paste or 2-3 anchovy fillets, mashed 1 garlic clove minced 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 1/4 tsp salt optional, depending on taste
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and white wine vinegar.
Add the anchovy paste (or mashed fillets) and minced garlic.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt.
Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed—add more vinegar for tang or more mustard for kick.
Serve immediately over a salad or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
