Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons green food coloring (gel or liquid)
  • 2 tablespoons green sprinkles or sanding sugar
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and creamy.
  • Add vanilla extract and green food coloring, mixing well until the dough is evenly colored.
  • Gradually mix in the flour and salt until a dough forms.
  • Fold in green sprinkles and mini chocolate chips if using.
  • Roll the dough into a rectangle, about ½-inch thick, and cut into small bite-sized squares.
  • Place the bites on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Let cool completely before serving.
