Ingredients

Red Layer

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup water if needed

White Layer

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup milk dairy or plant-based

Blue Layer

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup water if needed

Instructions

Prepare the Red Layer

  • In a blender, combine strawberries, raspberries, yogurt, and honey.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add water gradually if the mixture is too thick.
  • Pour the red layer into two clear glasses and place them in the freezer for about 5 minutes to firm up while preparing the next layer.

Prepare the White Layer

  • Rinse the blender, then add vanilla yogurt, banana, and milk.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Slowly pour the white layer over the frozen red layer, using the back of a spoon to help layer gently.
  • Return glasses to the freezer for another 5 minutes to set.

Prepare the Blue Layer

  • Clean the blender again, then add blueberries, yogurt, honey, and water.
  • Blend until well combined.
  • Carefully pour the blue layer over the white layer, once again using the back of a spoon for a neat separation.
  • Top with a dollop of whipped cream, a few fresh blueberries, and a raspberry. Serve immediately!

Notes

  • To maintain the layered effect, make sure each layer is slightly frozen before adding the next.
  • For a vegan option, replace Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt and milk with almond or soy milk.
  • To reduce sugar, omit honey or use a sugar substitute.
  • Use the back of a spoon to help the layers stay separate when pouring.
