Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium russet potatoes scrubbed and thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • ¼ cup sliced jalapeños optional

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the potato slices in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon over the crispy potatoes. Return to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
  • Drizzle with sour cream, then sprinkle with chopped chives and jalapeños (if using). Serve warm and enjoy!
