Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon condensed milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons hot water

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Using a hand mixer or whisk, whip at medium speed for 30–60 seconds, until the mixture is slightly thickened and smooth (soft peaks).
  • In a small cup, mix the cocoa powder and condensed milk with the hot water. Stir until fully dissolved and smooth.
  • Fill a serving glass with ice cubes. Pour the cocoa mixture over the ice. Gently spoon the salted cream over the cocoa base.
  • Dust extra cocoa powder on top of the cream for decoration and extra flavor.
