Ingredients
  

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt adjust to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Place the chicken drumsticks in a large bowl or a zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes (or marinate for up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
  • Arrange the drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Drizzle with fresh lemon juice for extra brightness before serving. (Optional)
