8 Hawaiian sweet rolls 8 slices of turkey breast deli-style or leftover roasted turkey 4 slices of cheddar or Swiss cheese halved 1/4 cup mayonnaise or honey mustard 1 tablespoon butter melted (optional for brushing) Lettuce and tomato slices optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms together.
Spread mayonnaise or honey mustard on the bottom halves of the rolls.
Layer turkey slices and cheese on each roll. Add lettuce and tomato if desired.
Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
Brush melted butter on top for a golden finish (optional).
Place sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese melts and rolls are lightly toasted.
Serve warm.
Swap turkey for ham or roast beef if preferred.
