  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl or jar, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, oregano, and garlic powder.
  • Whisk or shake well until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one week.
