½ cup extra virgin olive oil ¼ cup red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove minced garlic Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl or jar, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, oregano, and garlic powder.
Whisk or shake well until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one week.
