Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
  • Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the mixed berries and chocolate chips over the yogurt layer. Gently press them down so they stick.
  • Cover the pan with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely set.
  • Once frozen, remove from the freezer, let it sit for 5 minutes, then break into slices.
  • Serve immediately or store slices in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • Feel free to use any yogurt flavor or berries of your choice.
  • Add granola with crushed nuts or seeds for a crunchier texture.
  • Drizzle with a bit of melted chocolate before freezing for a richer taste.
  • To make it dairy-free, use coconut or almond yogurt.
