- 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips optional
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the mixed berries and chocolate chips over the yogurt layer. Gently press them down so they stick.
Cover the pan with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely set.
Once frozen, remove from the freezer, let it sit for 5 minutes, then break into slices.
Serve immediately or store slices in an airtight container in the freezer.
