Ingredients

  • 36 mini pretzel twists 3 per shamrock
  • 12 pretzel sticks
  • 8 oz green candy melts or white chocolate with green food coloring
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional, for smoother melting
  • White or gold sprinkles optional, for decoration

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange three mini pretzels in a shamrock shape with the bottoms touching. Place a pretzel stick at the base to form the stem.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the green candy melts (or white chocolate with green food coloring) in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  • Add coconut oil if needed for a smoother consistency.
  • Dip or drizzle the pretzels with the melted chocolate, making sure they stay connected. Use a fork or toothpick to adjust the chocolate evenly.
  • Sprinkle with white or gold sprinkles for extra flair.
  • Let the pretzels set at room temperature or refrigerate for about 10 minutes until hardened.
  • Enjoy as a festive St. Patrick’s Day treat!
