Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange three mini pretzels in a shamrock shape with the bottoms touching. Place a pretzel stick at the base to form the stem.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the green candy melts (or white chocolate with green food coloring) in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Add coconut oil if needed for a smoother consistency.
Dip or drizzle the pretzels with the melted chocolate, making sure they stay connected. Use a fork or toothpick to adjust the chocolate evenly.
