  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green olives
  • 2 tbsp olive juice (olive brine) from the jar of olives
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Dirty Martini Dip with vodka

  • 1 cup green olives pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive brine or olive juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Dirty Martini Dip without vodka

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth and well combined.
  • Add in the chopped green olives, olive brine, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
  • Serve the Dirty Martini Dip with your choice of dippers such as crackers, breadsticks, or vegetable sticks.

Dirty Martini Dip with vodka

  • In a food processor, combine the chopped green olives, cream cheese, vodka, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, olive brine, minced garlic, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Pulse until well blended and smooth.
  • Taste the dip and season with salt and pepper as desired. Adjust the consistency by adding more sour cream if needed.
