Ingredients
  

  • 45 ml vanilla vodka
  • 45 ml Irish cream liqueur e.g., Baileys
  • 30 ml butterscotch schnapps
  • 30 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar for caramelizing
  • Whipped cream and cinnamon or nutmeg dusting for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, butterscotch schnapps, and heavy cream.
  • Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
  • Rim a martini glass with caramel sauce by dipping the rim in the sauce, then rolling it in granulated sugar to create a caramelized rim.
  • Strain the chilled cocktail mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  • Top with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg dusting. This step is optional

Notes

For lighter option:
  • Swap heavy cream for half-and-half or a plant-based alternative.
  • Use sugar-free caramel sauce and whipped cream to cut sugar.
  • Try unsweetened almond or oat milk for a lighter texture.
